The place

A wood-fired workshop, a garden-written menu and a museum of cooking in Psari, a once-abandoned village between Gortynia and Megalopoli brought back to life by seven young Arcadians. At Arcadiani, the recipe is the monument.

Those of us who dreamed up Arcadiani wanted to bring back the values of the Arcadian way of life — through local products and traditional local recipes, all part of one vision where tradition, culture and traditional food live side by side, with respect for the environment and an ecological conscience.
