Horse Riding
In Karytaina — the medieval castle town above the Alpheios — Stefi’s Equestrian Tours, a founding member of the network, leads horseback rides through the valley: river light, castle views and the pace Arcadia was designed for.
Gravel
The Megalopolis Gravel Classic brings riders from Greece and abroad onto the forest roads of mountainous Arcadia every spring — 100, 50 or 25 km routes, organised with the Municipality of Megalopolis and the Hellenic Cycling Federation.
Silversmithing
Stemnitsa’s School of Gold & Silver Smithing keeps a metalworking tradition alive in a building from 1926 — a working public school where jewellery is still made and taught by hand.
Weaving
In Leonidio, the women of Tsakonia still weave double-sided tapestries on an upright loom, entirely by hand and without knots — a craft recognised on Greece’s National Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
