Mountain to sea — eastern Arcadia and Kynouria. In development: first partners shape the stages.

Mount Parnon links high alpine plateaus to the Myrtoan Sea: chestnut forests and dramatic limestone gorges, the Lepida Waterfalls, and traditional Tsakonian stone towers along the way. The Tsakonian dialect — a living descendant of ancient Doric — is still spoken in the villages the route threads together: Agios Petros, Kosmas, Kastanitsa and Prastos in the high mountains, descending through Leonidio to Tyros on the coast, with panoramic views over the Argolic Gulf and a swim in the Myrtoan Sea at the end of the trail. Kosmas, on its plateau, is also reachable by e-bike for those who want the views without the full climb.
